At TradeCaps, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services. Due to the nature of our business and that we work with wholesalers, which often involves large quantity orders, we have established the following return policy:
Returns for Non-Matching Items: In the event that the delivered items do not match what was originally ordered, we are committed to making it right for you. If you receive an order that is incorrect or does not meet the specifications you provided, please follow these steps:
Contact Us:
Notify us of the issue within 10 days of receiving your order. You can reach our customer support team at [email protected].
Provide Details:
Please provide us with specific details about the discrepancy, including order number, item descriptions, and the nature of the problem.
Return Authorization:
We will assess the situation and, if necessary, provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the incorrect items.
Resolution:
Once we receive the returned items and verify the issue, we will promptly replace the incorrect items with the correct ones or make suitable arrangements to fulfill your order correctly.
Returns for Reasons Other Than Non-Matching Items: We will do our best to satisfy your return request no matter the issue. However, please note we are unable to accept returns based on changes of mind, or ordering mistakes once production has began.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are also not possible once production has begun. Please review your order carefully before finalizing it.
