Orders
Order Placement:
To place an order with TradeCaps, you must provide accurate and complete information, including item specifications, and quantity details.
Order Confirmation:
We will send you an order confirmation via email once your order is received. This confirmation will include order details and a unique order number for reference.
Manufacturing
Production Time:
Manufacturing times may vary based on the complexity of your order and current demand. We will provide an estimated production time upon order confirmation.
Delivery
Shipping Method:
We offer various shipping options to accommodate your needs. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the shipping method chosen, order size, and destination. If you are near our headquarters in Sonoma County, we may deliver the items to you personally.
Delivery Address:
Please provide accurate and complete delivery information. We are not responsible for delivery errors due to inaccurate or incomplete addresses.
Delivery Dates:
Estimated delivery dates are provided for planning purposes. While we strive to meet these dates, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, as they may be subject to shipping carrier schedules and other factors beyond our control.
Receipt of Goods:
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the items for any damage or discrepancies. If there are issues, please refer to our return policy.
Payments
Payment Methods:
To place an order with TradeCaps, you must provide accurate and complete information, including item specifications and quantities desired. We accept various payment methods, including checks, credit cards, and electronic payments. Payment information should be accurate and up to date. There will be a $50 fee for returned checks.
Payment Authorization:
By placing an order with us, you authorize the payment for the total amount specified, including product costs, and shipping fees. Assuming your business has a sellers permit and can issue a resellers certificate we will not charge you sales tax on our items.
Currency:
All transactions are conducted in the currency specified on our website or in the order confirmation.
Billing Disputes:
If you believe there is an error or discrepancy in your billing, please contact our customer support team promptly for resolution.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation:
Once production has begun, cancellations may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before finalizing it.
Refunds:
Refunds are provided in accordance with our Return Policy, which covers cases where the delivered items do not match the order.
